Are there any requirements for this mod? Such as Shivering Isles and/or Vile Layer, or something like that; or is it just using the main Oblivion file?

Wheres the portal? In the abandoned house in Cheydinhall on the upper floors.
If you meant where did I get stuck it was one of the front facing towers with a ladder that goes to the outside. When coming back in I got stuck on the ladder.
After going to the top of a tower on my way down inside I ended up getting stuck on the ladder unable to get off or jump off from it. Had to coc my way out with the console.
Very nice layout and love the placement of buildings and other structures like the excellent looking portal and the chest with the two candles on the isolated small island along the shore. Thanks.
