I dont know wats wrong , maybe its just me but i cant seem to find the darn amulet, Wilbur ( the black guy) isnt selling it when i talked to him , only food and drink, and everything else is working but the amulet.
I havent included enchanting altar because someone complained that its overpowered to include both altars. I wasnt sure what to do, so I included only one of them.
Update: I tried moving some of the meshes that the mod uses which should cause an error when the mod loads - but there is no change at all. This further reinforces my theory that the Oblivion launcher does not load the .esp.
I just installed Oblivion and wanted to try a few of the the more original mods (ie this one) before I started playing the game for real, but I've run into a problem;
I've installed the mod properly (to the best of my knowledge) with the .esp file, 'meshes' and 'textures' folders in the Obliviondata folder of the install directory. The Oblivion Launcher 'Data Files' dialogue detects the .esp and I have checked it (only it and the stock Oblivion file are present as this is a completely fresh install). I then load the game (no errors) but no part of the mod is there - no ship, no amulet to buy from Wilbur - nothing. Its as if I never installed the mod! I've tried waiting a few days, fast travelling around the map, multiple characters and it still seems as though the mod isn't active.
My best guess is that the game does not load the .esp for some reason, despite me checking it in the oblivion launcher. I've had plently of experience modding Morrowind and this has me utterly stumped, any ideas?

@ Fluffyknight:
- bad grammar: You're right with this one. I hope I'm at least a tiny bit better at it now.
- ring: Can't remember, but probably a bug.
- animations problems: True, but can't be fixed.
- machine noise: That machine is a pump. I thought it looked cool there and I play with sound off so I did not notice the sound.
Thanks for the input, I might fix these problems, but this mod was meant to be a fun experiment more than a serious mod.
@ goku658: Sounds like a conflict with another mod.

(Also I didnt know where to put it xD)
I've posted a rundown of my issues in the above link for anyone who wants to try their hand at helping me out.
Apologies for the triple post.
For what its worth I found someone with the same problem as me:

Just look at how the thread ends...
I'll start a forum thread as this does not appear to be isolated to this specific mod.
