This mod is great. I use an Orc with T.I.E. and Frans and that makes for a difficult game, which I enjoy. I also use L.A.M.E. and the Race Rebalancing Project. I like everything about RRP including it's cosmetics addition, except its changes to races and birthsigns, plus it gimps the Orc bad. In T.I.E. the Orc becomes unplayable with it. The race changes that your mod makes are excellent (although the gimping of the Dunmer and Breton probably hinder its popularity). I load Birthsigns Expanded after your mod, not because there is anything wrong with your birthsigns, but because I need them to be more powerful. An excellent mod. Thank you for making it Nanolathe.
I'm pretty sure it's because nothing explicitly "overwrites" the power. Sadly I've stopped playing with Oblivion for a while now as I'm getting Stability issues with my new PC. If you're not fond of the power (like I am) then you'll just have to exercise a little self control... Or use WyreBash to delete it
Amazingly sensible changes! I always felt the other rebalancer mods went a bit far, but this seems to keep things very nicely close to the defaults while still enhancing the differences. The changes to sexual dimorphism are pretty nice, too!
EDIT: One discrepancy: I created a Dunmer character. According to the spreadsheet, Dunmers should no longer have the Ancestor Ghost power. However, my Dunmer does. I created a new character, so that can't be why it's there. Is that an intentional but undocumented feature?
I like BOTH parts, but im... more happy with the birthsigns parts. And in some cases, some people may think that the races are fine (in vanilla oblivion), but the birthsigns arent (who doesnt?). They may not want to change the races, but will happily change the birthsigns. I just think this will appeal to a wider audience if it was split. Either way, great job!
You know it did used to be two separate halves, but wouldn't you know it, I merged them together to save time. Not a smart move now that I look at it. I could unmesh them, but I'm happy enough with a 9/10 ">. Why do you want them unmerged btw? You don't like which part, Races or Birthsigns?

Buddah
Until that time I would advise people to start new characters if you want the full benefit of the Mod.
I shall also update the base mod description to show all of the changes made (In case you don't have Excel)
I would advise using this on New characters
