Love the house. Tried the other one which was fully furnished and preferred this one. Just wanted to give you a heads-up on smoething:
There is a tear in front of the house and a major one behind. This is because it conflicts with Halfway Inn which is a part of New Roads and Bridges. Nothing major but thought you should know in case someone complains. Will upload a picture if necessary for you to see.

The imperial furnitre store is a different mod entirely, and it's north of the imperial city.
