Hey do you mind if I do a mod that makes this compatible with Akiviri Imports (this house overlaps the one added by Akaviri Imports,I'll not edit anything, I'm just moving the house over a bit so both mods can be used.
It's a nice house. I like the fact that theres display cases and that it's not in the city. Although, I like to collect the horses of the game so is there any chance of a stable being added?
I've been using this home forever. It is a good starter home with a nice chest/storage area. I use this home until I get the money to buy a bigger one. Misty Castle is also a cool mod but, I had to change the price of it. When I actually had enough money to buy Misty Castle (about 350,000 gold), it was at a point where I'd already discovered almost everything in the game. This is a cool start home. Well, I'v been trying to upload screenshots for this mod, but every time it says uploaded but still doesn't show up. In any case, I'm new to uploading files to Elder Scrolls Source, I only have experience with uploading on Planet Elder Scrolls. Also to answer your question, they're just there for the take, as they're mainly starter homes. Here, I'll try to paste in a screenshot in the comment.
