This is a simple plugin made in response to a request on the
official Elder Scrolls forums. There are 3 different plugins included
in this file. NoMouseWheelZoom.esp will permanently disable the mouse
wheel from zooming in and out while in third person mode, or from
switching you into third person view by rolling it.
**** NOTE **** The other 2 plugins require OBSE to be installed to
use, download OBSE from: http://obse.silverlock.org/
NoMouseWheelZoomSpellOBSE.esp will disable the wheel but add a spell
to your char that will toggle the zooming on and off when cast.
NoMouseWheelZoomKeyOBSE.esp will activate the mouse wheel when a key
is held on your keyboard. This version will also allow you to change
the sensitivity of the mouse wheel. The default keys are the Down Arrow
to open the menu and the Up Arrow to enable the mouse wheel. The key
bindings can be changed from the menu. This version will have a script
constantly running to check for your key presses, so if you don’t use
the mouse wheel often I would recommend the spell version of this
plugin.
