I can't get it to work, every time I try to start the game with it activated, the game doesn't even get to the Bethesda title screen, it immediately crashes to desktop... I'm guessing its some incompatability issue with some other mod or maybe I'm missing something... its really irritating, I'd love to try this mod but I can't.
Um, he does, Zarrastro. It admittedly could be more emphasized, but it's right there in the description:

A few comments:
The courtyard with its forge--an odd place for one, admittedly--is set too close to the water. As a result, there are live fish jumping through the cobblestones all the time, and all over the place.
The interiors are very nicely arranged, with a good use of color and texture.
The rooms are pretty small, and only accessible in most cases via a series of stairs one has to travel through and up. You probably wanted to avoid a sense of emptiness, and I can agree with that, but the room featuring display cases, for instance, feels crammed tight. On the other hand, the one for mannequins looks great.
I would recommend making this COBLized, if you ever decide to look at it, again. That would allow for alchemical auto-sorters, and replenishing food and liquids for companions, etc. Could also hold The Luggage.
Very nicely arranged, in short. Needs work, but definitely the nicest looking fort I've seen in the game.
Nice mod. I like just having a fort near the IC that's not in ruins. Just an FYI for everyone, if you have the Horse Dreamland mod installed, the locations will conflict. I guess there's only so much real estate to go around!
This mod is great, been looking for an intact fort like this! I have a small problem though, I have yellow squares with Exclamation marks at the windows, arrow slots, some of the interior stairs, can someone guide me as to what to do to fix this, having modded other games before, I believe it is telling me I am missing some textures etc... is there a way to search for conflicts with other mods beyond pulling all of them out and putting them back one at a time?
Musaman, You need renzoins manequin mod to use the manequins!! I personnaly don't like the mannequin mod but hey nothing preventing you from using it. Oh and yes palaces need to have people otherwise it feels just like a spruced up dungeon!
