Then click on >STATIC. Not the + next to it, but the word.
Scroll down to the M's (If you have everything in alphabetical order like I do,) and you should see "mapmarker"
Click and drag that nice guy into the exterior cell, then double-click on it once you have it placed. Then go to "marker settings" or something like that (it's the last tab on the right), and type in the name (as it's displayed when the game says "You have found "x""), and check the box for what type it is, i.e., cave, fort, ruin, etc.
Hey, bud, haven't downloaded it, but I noticed the "Don't yell at me if it sucks" and I gotta say... it takes guts to make a mod and throw it out in the open, so nice! And one recommendation, put some screen shots of interior and exterior. I WILL NOT use mods without Screens (Personal Rule) and I know there are others like that too. Not TELLING you, just thought I'd mention.
You kno what would be cool, your own farm that requires to have gaurds, slaves, slavemasters, ect. to have it work. Like have it under attack by bandits, and or stuff like it.Have the slaves revolt every so often, and have it so you can give your slaves items to make them like you and not revolt. Alos, it would be cool to be able to purchace upgrades, like gaurd towers, or slave quarters. It's just a thought.

In the TES CS, here's the path to take.
Load up the exterior cell (for example, -2,3).
Then click on >STATIC. Not the + next to it, but the word.
