Sorry but I don't really know what you're doing wrong; everything should work if you follow the installation part in the readme; maybe you have selected both .esp's; only one should be selected.
I found the items in the chest but when i put them on they dont show up and it just errases my body. Do i need a patch or have i installed them wrong? please help
The chest is located in the cargo deck of the pirate ship in ICWaterfront.
@zomgadoringfan: It was one of my first mods, so please don't be so hard; and you should try it on your own machine, the gear might look much better than with my Radeon9600pro ;-)
