      I don't know about that Stroti's is animated and larger. I was think that lumber mill could be use to add on to the town along side your suggestion.

      I like that ElderScrolls! I have uploaded a refined version of Stroti's mill which can work for me. Not necessarily like LORE but for me - having fun.

    Here something else that might be of some help Skyrim Lumber Mill. The meshes and such are already used in the mod Skyrim for Oblivion Crafting but are not animated.
