I wonder where it came from....
Later I installed an archive invalidation program that fixed it.
I was on Malachi's Trails of Cyrodiil & saw a Forester shoot something & walk off. I went over to see what it was & was really surprised to see this poor Pikachu, who probably had stowed away on a ship to get to Cyrodiil, where they are apparently not welcome.
I have a Docile Animals mod & the rats are not usually a problem & are not usually shot by the Imperials. It seemed to be an illegal alien situation. ;-)
