Probably he says: I don't want to get into trouble! (that's what the guards often say in Nehrim)
...or: Take that thing out of my face! It tickles!
------------- Back then when I translated the non german mods I use for Oblivion (using tecra's Mod-Translator) all the originally cyrillic letters looked like this. It's a kind of replacement for cyrillic letters, so to say.
Is that a mod? if yess look for some bad installed translation. Or a mod from another language that conflicts with conversations. I have that kind of nice translation when I install a mod made in another language but it's almost all the time when I look at the name of a door or signs.

no bunny-beering,
no modding problematic at all...
- could not reproduce it all !
seems to be a kind of Nehrim problem...
