Take note that things still may not place or clip if there isn't anything to snap to. You will have to do a work-around to place items certain ways.

I was wondering if there's an update to the mod planned. There's a community event coming up that I've been assigned as a builder for and the mod is still missing pieces.
hey thought id let you know that the desolation update broke this mod like it did alot of others. a working mod like this would be a god send considering im tired of having to restructure my base for the dumbest reasons whenever i renovate and build my bases. i get its done that way to prevent oped multiplayer bases though tbh i have no clue why youd wanna join a pvp server but if you have multiplayer turned off then clipping should be turned off naturally too sense its just a hindrance for solo play.
Same, it was immensely useful and all of a sudden I found myself raging at a ramp that kept bringing up "invalid position". It was so nice not to have that happen, I hope it gets updated.
Sorry for the delay, Recently, RL stuff has been keeping me from updating this as quickly as I would like. I'll try and get updates out as quickly as I can going forward for everyone. (as long as MBIN is updated and compatible with the release that is.) New version is up and should be working. I did some quick testing and everything should be working as intended now. Of course, feel free to let me know if something is not, and also, if there are any other structures that people feel that should have clipping enabled, we can discuss to see if it is possible or will cause an issue when trying to place.
Silly 15 minute wait period to endorse a mod. I am at my first base and there isnt a half width small concrete floor thing so I found this and it worked a charm as I was able to build floor where I wanted to and i JUST had to endorse it. But have to wait 15 minutes to do so. :(
As I launched steam today, a rather large update occurred. Beyond was released today (8-14-19). Be aware that there may be issues with this mod until I can verify the files and the changes that have been made with Beyond. This more than likely requires MBIN Compiler to be updated, so until that is updated, I cannot verify/fix this mod if it is broken. Until then, just be aware that if you do use this mod with Beyond, it may work just fine for the most part, but certain things may not. Just wanted to let everyone know where things are at currently and I will update it as soon as it is possible.
Just an update, there have been several bug fixes implemented by Hello Games in the last couple of days. I've narrowed down what needs to be changed but noticed in the vanilla that there are some big issues with building. (Snapping a launch pad for example requires the player to be miles away) I am going to delay releasing anything for a few days until the patching slows down. I would hate to release a Beyond update to only have to redo and upload the mod a few moments later.
I'm really hoping that you're able to get this mod updated! It crashes my game at the moment, so I can't use it, and I really dislike not being able to build the type of bases I was building before Beyond hit.
Hello, this mod makes building really easier and convenient. Sometimes I still can't build things inside each other. Eg.: galactic market terminal can't be placed outside cuboid room, refiners need some space above them, oxygen harvesters can't be built on building part... But that's fine anyway. Thank you very much !
