- massive improvements to color generation. No more rainbow skittle type issue on any planet

  1)vastly improved procedural color assignment algorithms and added several new color assignment methods.
  2) packed several times more colors in a single table, thereby reducing the need of color tables from 3000 to 1500 without reducing variety
  3) fixed a myriad of crashes.
  4)Ships wont change colors with the mod anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  The mod has been tested by several testers for nearly 5 days and has been found to be working without any issues on both Legacy and NEXT saves.
