after close examination i can confirm that a mod update is no longer needed as supersampling is disabled by default in low settings mode now :) thanks shean
However i am planning to create a fps pack for low end users soon with other pipeline changes, shader edits maybe texture optimisations to if needed, but my pc is considerably more powerfull now then it was at mod launch so may need user testing for clear results.
It's so unfortunately that this mod incompatble to all other mods that modifying any pipelines, since there's some more performance mods including half shadows mod, nofade fps booster, etc. And if it combined with this removed texture filters mod, it would be great.
I'd like to see compatibility versions with other mods too, if possible.
Even though I'm on a high end system (6850K, 1080 Ti), the game still runs like total arse. Been looking for mods that adjust things without hurting IQ too much, but compatibility issues between them and other mods is a problem.
Sad that after 2 years the game is practically no different on the technical side. Still awful performance and still awful mod handling.
I noticed this too, i thought my game glitched out. I really like this mod but i cant stand not seeing the preview images specially when buying something or comparing ships/freighters.
Getting "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" in winrar and 7-zip. Redownloading won't help either. I think the file you uploaded is corrupted.
RAR5 was introduced into WinRAR many years ago (2013). Hell, RAR5 came out before Windows 10! It became the default compression method, though you can still select the old format if for some reason you need it.
Not sure why people haven't updated their WinRAR.. it's gotten loads of improvements over the years (notably for multi-core CPUs) and the UI is still the same as it was, thankfully.
May as well get the latest version of 7zip ("beta") while you're at it!

I'm willing to test out the mods as my laptop runs No Man's Sky like ass haha
Edit: Thank you for putting effort in updating your old mods as well.

I'm using NofadeFPSbooster btw, is it compatible?
