I just got No Man's Sky for Christmas. I'm trying to understand modding (extensive mod use experience in Skyrim, Fallout 3/4, Witcher 2/3). I'm having trouble understanding how mods are installed. Some go in the PCBANKS folder? Your ReadMe references a Mods folder which I don't have.
Can you give me some direction?
Do any mods work with NMM or do I need something else?
In the PCBANKS folder create a new folder and name it MODS, place mod paks in the MODS folder, don't forget to delete the disablemods.txt file or your mods won't work.
This is brilliant ! I wanted to make something like this myself to go with my Ocean Life mod but had no idea where to start and soon threw it in the too hard basket. Thanks heaps for making this, my fishy's are so much happier ! Excellent work, well done !
Yep, 100 % compatible, all versions of Ocean Life and all versions of Giant Flying Sea Snakes will be compatible with all versions of Subnautic, I've only tried the lowest scale version so far but it's fantastic ! The two mods working together looks awesome !
