With this mod you can hot reload .exml files from GLOBALS and allegedly sometimes METADATA folders. And not worry about night ruining the visibility.
The changes happen when you alt-tab then alt-tab back, but you need to reset the parameter in question in-game in order for it to change. E.g. if you change Roamer's top speed parameter, you need to reset the car in-game by summoning it from the quick menu again before you can actually see the change.
