      That was just used on that image on promotional material. You can get some closer to that, people share portal glyphs in NMSCoordinateExchange. You can also use NMS Ship Build feature to build one. The Golden Vector (3 times given in expeditions) is the same model.
      The White & Red Alpha Vector was also in the physical Collector's Edition.

   I don't know why the PC version got the cut down version of this (Omega). This is the version from all the press footage. What about the Starborn Phoenix ship? That's not available on GOG at all.
