This mod allows you to place a teleporter anywhere on the planet.

Note: A new version has been uploaded that allows you to craft blue fireworks using 10 carbon, without needing to purchase them from Nexus.
If you want to quickly return to your base while exploring the planet, this simple mod can help you. By repurposing blue fireworks as temporary teleporter, you can instantly travel across any terrain (including underwater) without relying on base power.
While there are already mods on Nexus that turn other modules into teleporters, using the blue firework is, in my opinion, a more elegant solution. Since fireworks are temporary building parts, you don't have to worry about them taking up building part limits or leaving any traces in your save file. The placed Teleporter will automatically disappear after you leave the star system or exit the game.
After the WPII update, the method to use game mods is as follows:
1.Create a folder named "MODS" in the No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA (note that this is different from the previous location).
2.Extract the downloaded mod into the No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS, ensuring that all subfolders from the mod are included, or the mod will not work.
3.For this mod, the correct directory structure should look like:
No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\MODS\TempTelePorter Free\METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\ BASEBUILDINGOBJECTSTABLE.EXML.
4.If you need to make simple modifications to the mod, you can open BASEBUILDINGOBJECTSTABLE.EXML with a text editor and change the necessary parameters (make sure you know what you are modifying).
5.To uninstall the mod, simply delete the entire "TempTelePorter Free" directory under the MODS folder.
