Enabled "Ship Bases" across all ship types, which allow the construction of base parts around a ship which fly around with the ship. These are HIGHLY experimental and are known to cause issues. Do NOT use with your main save.

Added the Deepwater Guardian, a large oceanic boss battle, summonable by releasing the "Child Of Aquarius", which is available for purchase from the Quicksilver Vendor. Summoning the Guardian also grants the player title "Child Of Aquarius".
