Tweaks the stats of multi-tool weapons and makes the sentinel upgrade tech and autophage upgrade tech less annoying.

Hello! Welcome to my first official mod ever.
Here my intention is to bring up and balance multi-tool weapons to be better used for the actual combat you face against sentinels and dissonant sentinels.
Also to remove the annoying randomization of sentinel upgrade tech and autophage upgrade tech to always have the max amount of stats however the values are still random.

First thing is first this mod modifies these 2 files:

Multi-Tool Weapon Tweaks-
METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\NMS_REALITY_GCTECHNOLOGYTABLE.MBIN

Sentinel Tech Upgrade Tweaks-
METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\NMS_REALITY_GCPROCEDURALTECHNOLOGYTABLE.MBIN

Multi-Tool Weapon changes are as follows

Boltcaster
-Base damage increased from 180 to 210

Blaze Javelin
-Base damage increased from 1500 to 2000
-Charge Time decreased from 3 seconds to 1 second
-Energy Drain decreased from 2 to 1
-Energy Amount increased from 50 to 250
Mass Accelerator
-Base Damage bonus increased from +200 to +500

Scatter Blaster
-Base Damage increased from 150 to 180 (scatter blaster shoots 8 projectiles)
-Projectile Spread decreased from 10 to 8
-Projectile range increased from 55 to 150

Pulse Spitter
-Base Damage increased from 96 to 114 (pulse spitter shoots 2 projectiles)
-Projectile Recoil decreased from 80 to 40

Neutron Cannon
-Base Damage increased from 120 to 150
-Charge Time INCREASED from 1 second to 2 seconds (slight nerf, neutron cannon is too good compared to other base weapons)

Sentinel Tech Upgrade changes

Sentinel Boltcaster Upgrades
-Always have 3 stats with random values

Sentinel Exosuit Upgrades
-Always have Health and Shield with 2 other stats (health and shield are always max value)
Autophage Exosuit Upgrades
-Always have Health and Shield with 2 other stats (health and shield are always max value)

THERE HAS BEEN AN UPDATE TO MODDING
Pak files will no longer be used and the location of the Mods folder has changed.

Pre-Installation:
-Locate the GAMEDATA folder in No Man's Sky installation folder
-Make a new folder called MODS if it is not already present
-Look for then rename or delete the file called "DISABLEMODS.TXT" in No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS

Installation without AMUMSS:
-Copy the Multi-Tool Weapon Tweaks folder and the Sentinel/Autophage Upgrades Tweaks Folder into the Mods folder

Installation with AMUMSS:
-Copy the LUA files into the MODSCRIPT folder
-Run BUILDMOD.BAT
-Follow the instruction of buildmod and COMBINE when prompted
-Copy all files to your MODS folder when prompted

-locate the CreatedMods folder and move the folder inside to your MODS folder.
