Is it normal to have all of the NPC landing pads vanish and the blueprint 'unlearned' on updates? I had to go up to the Anomaly and rebuy the blueprint, then go rebuild all of the landing pads again. O.o
That's probably what happened. Those sneaky boys over at Hello Games snuck that silly disable mods file back in on me after the update and I didn't notice it until I was already in the game. LOL
Today's update (Sept 4, 2024) is incompatible with the current mod version. NMS displays a compatibility warning and closes. With the mod disabled, the game launches and runs without issue.
No patch notes as yet, so no idea what's changed that may have conflicted.
Seems to be conflicting with Unlockable expeditions rewards on my end. When opening the research station in the Anomaly, it gave another item to the part (name and appearance), and things crashed.
Does it work if you ONLY use this mod, without any other mods present? Also make sure there are no conflicts reported by AMUMSS when running the _Check_CONFLICTS_in_MODS.bat file prior to launching the game.
Since installation, I've had zero landings by NPCs, despite having multiple pads available at several bases I've built.
Prior to installation, it was not uncommon to have landings, usually by the ships selling the X class mods. I see ships flying by the bases frequently, so NPCs are definitely present on the worlds involved, they just no longer land at the bases I've built using this mod.
I've only a few other mods installed, and none of them touch the same files, as far as I can tell.

Mod was installed using Vortex. A quick look at the Mods folder in the game directory shows the files for this mod are present.
Note that with this mod the NPCs no longer land on the NORMAL landing pads, but only on the designated NPC landing pads. Make sure you have NPC landing spots, if this is the case, it would be nice if you could take a proof photo and then open a bug report. in the build menu you should be able to see the name of the placed structures if I have it right in my head.
additionally check through AMUMMS if mods have to be combined to work :)
