Add snapping points to certain building modules in game.

This mod adds snapping points to certain building modules in game, which will allow said items to snap to Cylindrical or Square Rooms, so players may build your base in an orderly fashion.
It currently effects :
Modules that are designed to be functional only outdoors is not on the list, like Autonomous Mining Unit.
Update 2.0, more snapping points are added!
The following modules can now be snapped to either a small floor panel or one quarter of a large floor panel, allowing them to remain ordered outdoors:
The following modules, which are relatively larger, can now be snapped to the center of a large floor panel:
There are two exceptions, Autonomous Mining Unit and Atmosphere Harvester, which must be constructed on grounds. They are not on the list.
I will do my best to keep this mod up to date. Please feel free to report any bug or alignment problem to me.
A lua file is included in this mod for those who wish to create their own patches.
