Fixed so the Antimatter Reactor will only generate 20 Antimatter in the time it the fuel lasts even when you run custom stack size.

Fixed the fact that the Antimatter Reactor will generate a full stack of Antimatter in the time it take to burn it fuel. That's not a problem as long as you are running default stack sizes, but if you run modded stack size it will lead to a huge exploit where it will generate thousands of antimatter in seconds.
Changes so it only generates 20 Antimatter. (As default)
This is only a LUA file so you will have to generate the pak file your self with AMUMMS.
