Added four new mining tech items.
This is a simple mod to change the color of your mining beam (and advanced mining beam). Choose ONE of the pak files from the zip. Note: this modifies NMS_REALITY_GCTECHNOLOGYTABLE.MBIN, which is a commonly modded file. You will likely want to use the Lua file to combine this with other mods. The Lua is included in the pak.
