The mod appears to be working fine and although it could do with updating for the indexing system HG have added to files it is still functioning as it should be. Atlas multi tools cost nanites not units like normal multi tools do. The only way they will cost nothing at all is if you are playing in creative mode or have changed the "Purchases" in the difficulty settings to free, or have some other mod that is affecting costs.

Updated it last night, just testing a rebalance on Atlas multi tool spawns and will probably upload it this evening within the next few hours or so. JJ
Okay solved one problem by removing a mod I had merged with this one via animus. https://www.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/mods/2371 Apparently this mod overwrites the store building on Pirate Space Stations when merging the two together.
Great mod, I do have a small issue though Atlantian MT's show up way to often, rarely see A and S class MT of other types, 90% at least that I noticed the A and the very rare S class is Atlantian.

Not sure what you are referring to, I'm pretty sure all the Atlas type multi tools are only S Class, that's just how they are by HG but I may be wrong. I will look into readjusting the Atlas multi tool spawns but please tell me which version you are using as they are different from each other. Also C Class will always be the most dominant for normal non Atlas type multi tools followed by B then A and then S, this is also by HG standard spawn probabilities.
