Allows install of technology in the cargo tab. **READ THE KNOWN ISSUE** (You probably shouldn't use this mod. It's more annoying than useful.)

NOTE: The latest update is based on the experimental build. If you have issues, try updating to experimental.
This mod allows you to install technology in the cargo tab.
**KNOWN ISSUES**
1. When you reload a save, the tech installed in cargo is repackaged again. It maintains the layout, so you can just press E and click on each one, but it's a hassle. Know that this mod is not a silver bullet to have exactly how it worked before 4.0.
2. Acquiring new ships may duplicate core technology between cargo and tech. If you're getting a new ship, disable the mod or make sure you have a save editor to delete the duplicated tech. There's nothing I can do about this; it's a bug in how the game handles the option.
