      Buy a void egg from the anomaly, like always.
      Info like that can easily be found on the wiki:

      To obtain the first Living Ship, a player will need to purchase a Void Egg from the Space Anomaly for Quicksilver, then complete the Starbirth quest.

      So the mod kicks in after the quest starts so the 5 days some idiot decided to add to the grind doesn't happen?

   Is there a BIN list on mods to know what mods you can have per BIN?

      Not sure what you mean. If two mods edit the same MBIN file, then they conflict, and one of them won't work. I usually put all modified files in the mod description, and many other modders do so as well.
