Sorry guys but I can't reproduct this one, either in normal or custom modes. My machineries instantly give me their nanites and their fire stop as designed
Commenting again if anyone has this issue, it's now fixed for me (assuming it was the expedition scripting was causing the issue). I was in offline mode with an old cached expedition file. Going back online to override the cached file and fixed the issue I was having with this mod. Many thanks to Lo2k for investigating though, and for all your great mods :)
I've followed the steps from this page. Basically just make a new save with no mods, run that a bunch of times, enable the mods again, make a new save again, run that a bunch of times. I don't know what magic goes on there but, it seemed to work :)).
To completely “flush” the system, follow the following steps instead:
Uninstall all mods
Run the game and start a new save (to make sure your other saves are not affected by the uninstallation)
Close the game and run the game again with the new save, repeat several times
As a cheap alternative, you can probably go into your game install folder into \Binaries\SETTINGS and remove GCMODSETTINGS.MXML (it will be recreated the next time you will start the game) as it's probably a load order issue with some other mod.
Thanks for this. I prefer getting my ferrite from vendors or shooting on planets and get nanites from runaway mould instead of collecting this slow way. This is a timesaver. :) I can loot fast and move on :)

PS : I updated the mod by reflex but 2.4 was still working with Aquarius. Maybe check your disablemods.txt file.
