    There is a bug in the current version, all races take only Gek relics

    All property names in COSTTABLE.EXML are TRA_CURIO1, while they should be TRA_CURIO1, EXP_CURIO1 and WAR_CURIO1 respectively

    Hope it helps someone, it worked for me

    I loaded this mod last, but the 4th option is still “Leave” instead of “Offer a gift 5”.
    Why is this?

    I tried loading only this mod, but it is still in the same state.

      Can you give me detailed steps you followed, in-game?  What NPC, where?

      Doesn't actually say Offer a gift 5, as I don't touch the language files in the mod.  It's the regular offer a gift, but will award 5 rep instead of 1.  Last has to say Leave, as the dialog only allows for 4 options per "page".

      With all of Gek's languages memorized, when I speak to Gek, I am presented with only four options.

      1. Request dialect help
      2. Practice language skills
      3. Offer a gift (1 Gek Relic)
      4. Leeave

      After giving Relic to Gek, the conversation does not end and the same four options appear again.

      An entry was being appended instead of replacing an existing, making there 5 dialog options instead of 4 (which is the maximum).  Great to hear, enjoy.

    Does this include the Autophages, and if not, I wonder if a mod could be made to keep all Autophage's dialogs open when gifting or learning a word? In any case, thanks!

      This is only gifting, should cover Autophages, IF they use the same dialog trees as the others.  As far as learning a word, might be possible.  Soon I'll be updating my More Words mod, where you can learn more than one word per go.

      While working on updating for NMS 5.5, I checked.  It does not.  Will delay the update, but looking into adding autophages.

      Dug through and for autophages, setup much differently than the other races in the file.  My estimates are it's going to take me a few hours to sort it out and don't want to hold up on the 5.5x update any longer than I have to.  Will push the update and add autophages down the road a bit.

    Would it be possible to add this to handing in food to Cronus (https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Iteration:_Cronus), the cook on the Anomaly. You can hand in food one at a time and he'll give you nanites in return. But if you have a stack of 50, you still have to hand in 1 at a time which takes forever.

      This mod has a conflict with unlocking expedition rewards, more words, I feel like there should still be conflicts, but I'm not checking it, and you can close it after sending the item

      To combine\merge conflicting mods, you have to use AMUMSS and the Lua scripts for each mod.  AMUMSS can also give you a detailed report of conflicts.

    Just FYI, according to AMUMSS, this mod has a conflict with DynamicStanding on METADATA\REALITY\TABLES\REWARDTABLE.MBIN from Duds Sky mods collection. I assume merging will be the way to go....

      REWARDTABLE is the most modded file in the game, tons of mods touch it.  Yes, combine the Luas for keep gifting and DynamicStanding in AMUMSS.  

      The laters lua can be found at nms-amumss-lua-mod-script-collection/_MOD_DUD_DynamicStanding_v4221.lua at main · MetaIdea/nms-amumss-lua-mod-script-collection (github.com).

      To download, click on the raw button, right-click on the page.  Choose save as.  Save as .lua.  :)

    Doesn't seem to be working with latest updates.  Vortex shows no conflicts.  Was working great before.  I'll have to try with only this mod to ensure no conflict but am out of time at the moment.

      Yeah, guessing it's a conflict (more than one mod .pak that makes changes to the same game file).  REWARDTABLE is the most modded file for the game.  No relevant file changes in 4.14.  Vortex actually can't check for NMS file conflicts, as it can't extract the contents of the .pak files.  #1 tool for conflict resolution (combining conflicting mods together with lua scripts) is AMUMSS, which also has a conflict checker.  How to use AMUMSS at No Man's Sky Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com).

      Oh weird, I swore vortex told me some files were conflicting before (In NMS).  I am probably just thinking of AMUMSS, I'll check with it now. Thanks for the help.

      It was a conflict.  Short Shop Dialogs. Works great now. Just gave 15 relics in 3 submissions.  Cheers.

    this mod is useless. the 5x gift option only gives 1 rep just like the vanilla 1x option. waste of space, useless download.

      My guess is that you have a conflict (another mod making changes to the file(s)) with one or both of these files:
      "METADATA/REALITY/TABLES/COSTTABLE.MBIN"
      "METADATA/REALITY/TABLES/REWARDTABLE.MBIN"

      May want to use a conflict checker to look for this.  If there is a conflict, you would need to combine the mods using LUA scripts and AMUMSS or parts of one or all mods will not function as intended.  Basic tutorial for combining available on the Description Tab.

      We'll start at the beginning...

      1)  Did you place the .pak into your NMS install\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS folder?
      2)  Did you rename or delete PCBANKS\DISABLEMODS.TXT
      3)  What other mods are you using and what tool did you use to check for conflicts?  REWARDTABLE is one of the most commonly modded files, so frequently conflicts will occur.

      I just checked in-game and everything appears to be working correctly.  No other reports and this version has been out for 5 weeks.

      I updated the mod for 3.99, but not 3.99.1.  Maybe something odd going on, on your end or your out of sync with current release.  In these cases, may want to try a game file verification through the Steam or Galaxy clients (depending if Steam or GoG, no clue about GamePass) and running the mod LUA through AMUMSS to create a .pak using the files (regardless of version) on your system.

      I was just reading this as I was looking around for potential mods to include in my library. This guy, what a jerk. You provide something for free and he is rude. You try to help him, he is rude. You try to help him some more, he is rude. Honestly, to hell with people like that. We all get frustrated, but no reason to act like you are 5. Unless you are 5.

      lol.  Was my opinion as well.  Never done before and hopefully never will again, but after his last message, I enacted the block user from my mods feature.  Did the same to at least one other modder that I know of, so just a troll trying to bait.

      While I very much appreciate your asking, I will have to decline inclusion of my mod in a Modpack published on NexusMods. NexusMods now discourages usage of these due to various issues regarding permissions in the past. They now encourage an offical means of achieving the same thing, which debued earlier this year, called Collections. https://next.nexusmods.com/nomanssky/collections Collections are fully supported by NexusMods and the NMS modding community, so you are not required to obtain mod author permission in advanced for inclusion. As well, Collections are supported by the Vortex Mod Manager. I would be happy and humbled for you to include my mod in a Collection.
