It looks like 1.3 has merged all the lines, as regardless of which option I choose all the lines disappear. So technically it is compatible, but I feel the galaxy map lines are essential, especially now that it is possible to trace back ones journey to the starting planet.
It's a great mod, but can you do something about the white circles around planets? They're really distracting and I haven't found a mod to get rid of them yet.
