I will be going through and making one final pass of .Paks for the different options in the next 7 days or so. Just been busy. HOWEVER, I highly recommend to just use the lua file with AMUMSS in general.
Seems out of scope for this mod, as this one is just dealing with the Productivity Cap, but I do plan on creating a whole bunch of settlement tweaks, stay tuned! I'll add this to the list of things I'm working towards.
(I realize the time-gap from your question to my reply, but...) If you are okay with using the save editor, I have found that it is best to find a settlement that you like, and then use the editor to change what they will produce. By my personal head-canon, you are literally building a colony from squalor into a wealthy, safe society, so why would they not be producing the product that you want them to?
Not a bad idea. I also did this in a previous save, because I 100% am of the same opinion that you as the overseer should be able to change what your settlement produces.
how do i know if it works? its still capped at showing 1m productivity from when i put it in but im not sure if its also conflicting with bombers natural settlement
Any mods that edit the same files are going the conflict with each other. You will need to make a combination mod using AMUMSS for the mods that edit the same table I do.
