How does it work? How tune it? at this time I have increased inventory in Exosuit to x2 (to 500 res) and starship 4x (to 2000 res) and same 4x in cargoship (to 4000 res) from 250/500/1000 ordinary survival numbers...why no x2 everywhere? Can I change number of stack? Can I make same stacksize in every inventory (include refiner slots )? P.S. Have no other mods
Sadly no. The way No Man's Sky is, certain inventories such as in your exosuit, your ship, your freighter, all have different values on how big the space of them are. So, having all inventories the same across the board is out of the scope of this mod. This mod just changes how many times more of space you get (by multiplication).
Any way to get this to work for normal gamemodes as well? Installed and its not effecting my inventory. (could def be a mod conflict as well). Ty for creating btw :)
I already download inventory stack mod but I wanted to thank you for creating this. Just happen to see the other one first but if not that I would of download this. Not sure why hello games thinks people play surv and perm modes for smaller inventory. Not asking for normal mod size but 250 in todays game is not fun at all.
Hey glad you like it. I can see why Hello Games did it, I mean Survival in most games is harder to begin with, but I enjoy the challenge with extra inventory haha. Plus, I mean if folks wanted an even harder they could download my 2x LESS inventory stack size to make it even harder, but it seems nobody wants to do that one haha, not a single person has downloaded except me.
have you tried changing the load order? Try changing the name with underscores ___ before the such as ___Inventory_Stack__2x.pak. You may have a mod that already alters the Inventory. A few overhaul mods alter the Inventory to their liking for that mod.
Plus, this mod only works on Survival and I think Perma-Death. Does not work on Normal.
Also, if you don't already know, get rid of the DISABLEMODS.txt in the mods folder if it's there. Let me know.
Haha yeah. Normal usually gives you a huge amount of inventory stack for resources, so that's why I didn't add it into this mod. But I think I'll relook into the Normal mode more because there's a few things I can add to it.
