Did a comparison to the patch files from 10/9 now. No changes to GCGAMEPLAYGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN Tried all three solo and they are working as intended.
If you are having issues it is related to Mod Conflicts. A LOT of mods change GCGAMEPLAYGLOBALS.GLOBAL since many gameplay related settings are stored therein. Here is my tip : Learn how to use AMUMSS and chose only mods from creators that provide LUAs. The main exception is being mods that only alters Textures and such as they rarely conflict.
I've got GCGAMEPLAYGLOBALS.GLOBAL.EXML open with NMS Modding Station and Notepad++. Used Ctrl-F (keyword "scan") to find which numbers to change, but I still need some help. Which lines of code did you change, and by how much? Was it any one of these?
Thanks for the mod. It has been a drastic improvement. Also thank you for adding the LUA script. Its nice that I can update this mod even if you decide you are done with it. I'm not at the level to be able to update a mod with just the pak yet. Again, thank you.

If you changed one of the recharge multipliers, did you change it upwards or downwards to shorten the cooldown?
