Missed this request but it's not as easy as one may think because it's using I think either vanilla NPC noises or creature noises, either of which if replaced will replace all NPC/creature sounds, and the catch is we cannot add new ones. I also don't really know where the audio gets chosen for the hobos in particular so I'll have to dig around to find out
Have you ever thought of redesigning the NPCs as Anime characters? You could turn all Geks into cat girls, all Vykeen into werewolves and all Korvacs into humans, or something like that!! :D

I'm also putting adding more Seans on hold since some of my 18 other mods will still need updating, but I may come back to it!
