If an new update has dropped it can take up to a week or more for the compiler to be updated. Unless the old compiler still works. So be patient, as soon as the compiler is updated I'll update my mod. Feedback is welcome, if you have any idea's or questions feel free to ask. If you encounter any bugs please let me know. Mod Format Explantion
EXML Format:Partial edit, only touches the lines/values that need editing. Very low chance of conflicts with other mods (unless they edit the same values). Can be edited easily by user using an editor like Notepad ++/VSCODE/... . MBIN Format:Full File Replacement. High chance of conflict, comparable with old pak format (pre. WORLDS). Can be used together with EXML, MBIN mods are loaded first so changes in EXML mods that edit the same file will still be applied. Other MBIN mods that change the same file follow the FIFO principle, merging is highly recommended with MBIN mods (see How To). Lua Format: Script file used by AMUMSS to generate the mod or used for merging with this tool. CS Format: Script file used by NMSMB to generate the mod or used for merging with this tool.
This Mod is awesome, and I would love to continue to use it. As .PAK files no longer work, would you be willing to update this to work for Worlds 2, Please?
because it doesn't need updating. As long as the values are unchanged AMUMSS can utilize the script It's a reason the version the .lua is Patch-4.xAnUp.
Sorry to be dense, but how this work? I've download the updated June 2, 2023 and I cannot figure how it works. I have only this mod running so there would not be a conflict. I went to the freighter's update control & customize panel and the "Add Additional Storage" button is grayed out. I went to the freighter page and their appears to be nothing to click on that would allow me to do this. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
You need cargo bulkhead if recall what they're called, if you have those in on of your inventories (freighter/ship/suit) the button should be grayed out. Also make sure you deleted the disablemod.txt and have the pak in the correct MODS folder (you can find all that on the wiki)
Thanks for the quick reply. I confirmed that disablemod.txt was disabled. I whent to a derlict freighter and got the bulkhead and the option was no longer grayed out, however, it would only let me install the one bulkhead I had on me. I exited and came back in and it was grayed out again. I must have deeper issues. Thanks again.
Hey, just found a S class for the first time and were too far away from my freighter. Were not willing to lose my giant base. As compensation I wanted to use this mod to upgrade my old freighter - but it seems like I am too stupid or blind to upgrade to S. How does it work?
EDIT: Oh god... got it. It doesn't upgrade class but only slots. LOL Sorry! :D
I'm dumb...what am I doing wrong? The "add additional storage" option is greyed out. Do I have to have a cargo bulkhead in possession? In order to work?
