Hey there, firstly I would like to say that I love your dedication to NMS and the modding scene in general. I have spent a ton of time using your collection of mods. Thanks a heap. I would love it if you could tell me if there is a standalone mod for this or even just directions to do so myself. My vision is pretty lousy and its one of the must have mods for me. Thanks again, take care.
No news, still has to wait on everything else to be updated. Plus the next public branch release looks like it's going to change things again, so I'm not releasing anything until then.
If I may, could you make a version of this mod, {the only one I need}, that can be updated right away without waiting so long? Just as a buffer between how long it takes to get this mod out. I realize it would be cut down a bit. Still, much better than downloading 50 individual mods to come close.
Just to expand on this: can we use the LUAS to rebuild this mod for the latest version using something like AMUMS? I’ve been out of the modding scene for a while so I’m not sure if that’s relevant. Or will it take more than that to make the mods compatible? Thank for all your work. This is the closest to a proper working mod pack we have for this game.
Definitely not, or I would have just done that :) I'm going to change this into a collection and feature mainly EXML mods so they will work together and not need to be updated very often. Unfortunately, HG has been changing modding again this week, so a lot of stuff is going to break again. That means most modding from most authors has been on hold all week while we wait for things to finish. The most recent experimental looks like it's mostly finished, so we can start working on re-updating, but we can't release any of it until it goes public.
Great mod ! Would love to use it, but the camera centering is too much. Specially when you play as Gek, you can barely see your character. if you could make a version without it, or say how to remove it that would be awesome.
You can use the gCam Lua and answer questions to get it how you want, then make sure gCam.PAK loads after the gEpic PAK. That will cause the camera changes to overwrite the gEpic camera changes.
They broke something again this morning by adding the cross save (5.25 update) the game forces boot in 1920x1080 windowed if gEpic is enabled and if modified in the settings, (3840x2160 borderless), not playable, nothing displayed

It doesn't totally replace, but it already helps a lot to wait
In fact, I think that the collection is a viable solution for the future
are you going to make a "collection list" on those new posts , to guide us on what we should get, from your collection vision ?
thank you very much.

Thanks for the HeadsUp. Also, for all your work.
Might be user error since it's the only mod I have loaded and Vortex is unreliable AF anymore.
Just getting started again after a long time off so I didn't know the update was like 2 days ago.
I always go straight to your mods. Thanks for them!
and maybe some good news for mods and future updates
