Thank you for this batch script, at least i get the tool working with this to decompile.
Do you have a script like this to compile folders? thats where the tool just doesnt work for me. It does weird folder structures that its not supposed to do, so the mods dont work after obviously.

Save the file and rename the extension from .txt to .bat.
Start the Batch-File and wait until the command prompt displays Done.
