Very, very good call on the edit to -200u. At the default -1000u it ends up with some... interesting anomalies. The freighter actually looks *propped up* with blocks of steel framing linking it to the ground, like it's a little display model (except sun-blottingly huge). Your frigates also won't render properly. Also, you can accidentally shoot it (careful with those ricochet modules). And it'll farkin' *shoot you back*. Your own freighter. Will shoot you. And will call in the Sentinels. An altogether very Monday experience.
So, the LUA for this still works fine with FRACTAL, but I was wondering if anyone knows the variable to do the same when calling the freighter in from your ship in space? This lets you call it in danger-close when on the planet surface, but when in space while in your own ship, you're still severely limited in how close to the planet you can summon the freighter (despite the fact that the AI can warp in freighters significantly closer to the planet than you can, and AI frigates will even warp into a sub-atmospheric orbit now). I found `FreighterSummonOffset` in GCUIGLOBALS but suspect that's just for the offset distance from your ship that the freighter is called in at, rather than the planetary altitude limits. I have a horrible feeling that what I'm looking for is in planet or solar-system data somewhere and ugh...
The mod doesn't work for me. The current NMS version is 3.51 Prisms. The freighter can spawn at the lower height but somehow the base of the freighter (the landing pad, the bridge, and all the rest things I've built) does not spawn. I can land on the freighter but when I leave the starship I just fall off. Is it because I enabled the RemoveBaseBuildingRestrictions setting (which is in TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML) and built the normal base components on the freighter?
Hi. If I understand correctly then this mod is not compatible with the mod Fast Actions 3.2 (it doesn't cause any errors) just the second mod does not work if they are together.

Though with that said -1000u was way too low, I was being hit by storms while in my freighter, I changed it to -200u and it seems just right!
Would like to ask, is it possible for you to decrease or remove the limits to a planet you can summon your freighter while in space?
