This mod makes atmosphere slowly rotating around planets.
It was one of the first mod I did in the past when shaders were available, but since NMS shaders switched to Vulkan, I couldn't find any way to recreate it. Until now.
Hopefully I eventualy found a way to recreate this subtle effect so that you can now look again at the windy rotating atmosphere of any close planet.
Note : To fully work with Frontiers, this mod disables distance based refresh rate of some objects. This will enhance animation of long distance objects like atmosphere clouds but could also potentialy lead to some performance loss even if I didn't notice it so far.
