It mainly works on a 21:9 Monitor. However it moves quest info from right corner up and to the centre. It does the same with the life support indicator from the left corner, up and to the centre. This is a bit of an issue because it is right in your vision all the time. Otherwise it is a must have for ultrawide screens.
I dont have an ultrawide to test on, if you can send me a PM with some screenshots, its possible that I can adjust the numbers from those and post a separate ultrawide version.
You can see the HUD being brought into center. I also showed my video settings where you can also see how the menus are being brought in, which you mention in the desc but tbh I think I'd prefer actual bars or something there rather than being able to see the game on the sides. Not sure if possible.
Finally! No one bothered or cared about this in NMS, not even Hello Games. Awesome to see someone in the community doing due diligence. Awesome job my friend!
EDIT: Not sure if it's because of the update, but I am told that the game encountered an error and closes out. The origins update just came out today, so that might have something to do with it.
Will definitely be watching this for an update, just discovered the awesomeness of 8560x1440 and wish the UI wasn't so terrible at that resolution. Can't wait!
Nice mod, wow. Regarding starting logos and warning screens I am still currently using Warnings Be Gone by stk25. I'm using the second variation, the one I requested, with the tamper warning also removed. This helps when you use any mods that replace NMSARC.xxxxxxxx.pak files in the PCBANKS folder in addition to any in the MODS folder.
I also use Remove Intro Logo - Atlas Rises Update by Riccaforte which also still works (Desolation 2.61.1) and is good for removing the Hello Games and two other start screen logos that pop up. Replaced with a very cool and short rotating red lights mech countdown animation.
The combination of both of these mods should give you a nice warning and logo free entry into the game! It's the little things that sometimes make the nicest changes. Condsidering how many times I must restart the game during my many mod testings this is a welcome blessing.
Looking forward to testing this mod when I can get in front of an Ultrawide Monitor. For now I'm stuck on my 65inch at 4K hehehe and the machine attached has an AMD 5600XT...so no luck there...

Game runs perfectly well, but the mod doesn't seem to do anything at the moment.
