Thank you for updating this mod! Sadly I don't have a single clue how to install mods in NMS, this ist my first one. Would you mind to give a short crashkurs how to install a mod?
If I don't want the TechExtraSlots I will need only the other two files, right?
If you don't want the "TechExtraSlots" just place the "MaxHyperStack.pak" (you don't need the .lua file, it's only for updating or merging purposes) in your InstallPath\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS folder.
If that doesn't exist, create it ("MODS" not Mods or mods or whatever, it's case sensitive and uppercase is the rule).
Delete, remove or rename the file "DISABLEMODS.txt" from the PCBANKS folder (Beware it comes back often when HG updates the game, not everytime but often, so if your Mods don't seem to work after an update don't forget to check it out).
After you've just got to make sure you don't download and install an other Mod modifying those files : /METADATA/GAMESTATE/DEFAULTINVENTORYBALANCE.MBIN /METADATA/GAMESTATE/DEFAULTINVENTORYBALANCESURVIVAL.MBIN /METADATA/REALITY/TABLE/NMS_REALITY_GCPRODUCTTABLE.MBIN /METADATA/REALITY/TABLE/NMS_REALITY_GCSUBSTANCETABLE.MBIN Or you'll have have to merge them (manually or with AMUMSS if a lua file is provided as well).

Any update Planned? the Tech Version crashes the game now... The normal Version messes with the building and research System. Game crashes when you open the Reseach.
I am curious if the mod is going to be updated anymore? I used the one posted by NooBzPoWaH, and noticed that it was causing issues with the build menu, making the entire menu for building parts disappear.
Mod worked fine until today's 3.40 update, now my game won't go past the Hello Games logo. Just this mod loaded, works when I deactivate this mod and activate other mods, works modless, etc. Pretty sure it is this one.
Try another mod, this combo mod works almost perfect: - Inventory OverhaulZ If you only need inventory, then this one is updated (I don't know if it works or not): - 10x Hyperstack
Or you can download my own take, updated for NMS "BEACHHEAD EXPEDITION" v.3.42 (Steam's build 6739947), of the best Stack Mod ever made for NMS (until Onykron comes back eventually and update all his variations).
Hi mate, you should try to update it yourself with the two .lua files provided running them through AMUMSS as described on any of the Mods i'm taking care of (same process as merging Mods), until OnyKron is back to update his Mod, as he hasn't been back on nexus since 11/28/2020.

Here's one, you can use : PSArcTool, just drag the file onto PSArcTool.exe to unpack it (let's say you've got two folders, one with PSArcTool.exe and another one with your .pak file, just left click the .pak file, drag it onto PSArcTool.exe, release the left click and you should get the two .lua files and the files modified by the Mod, .mbin files, in the folder where your .pak is).
So now you should have the .lua files to use with AMUMSS. Which is an awesome tool, it's a lot simpler to use that it looks when seeing the description page at first.
Unzip "AMUMSS-3.6.0W-957-3-6-0W-1591222575.zip" in a folder called, let's say, AMUMSS, not on C drive. Put both .lua files in the "ModScript" AMUMSS' folder, run "BUILDMOD.bat", let it do its thing on first run, answer whatever you feel like to the questions asked, then get the new .pak file (that can be renamed to whatever) in "CreatedModPAKs".
And that's it you should get your new updated Mod ready to use.
Here's the NMS Wiki by the STEP team, you might know them if you're familiar with modding Skyrim, with a ton of tips and modding tutorials like The Modding Process for instance.
