      its not on your end, its a .pak which all .pak format mods nolonger work due to the game switching mod functionality to exml format. just need to wait for it to be updated.

    Do I edit the lua using a text editor? How do I edit it in a way that jetpacks aren't infinite?

      Yes, edit with a text editor and look for a 999 or 9999 value and lower that.
