Not much on the user end: Cleaned up LUA code a lot, removed changes that didn't work, fixed a couple of variables, and set it up for more future changes.
Current Changes:
Minotaur environment control unit available on all exocraft
Infinite jetpack (effectively) for the Minotaur
Infinite jetpack (effectively) for the player
Faster jetpack with more force
Increased exocraft (not Minotaur, that's in GMech mod) speed, tank size, boost, recharge, grip, and damage.
Increased starship interaction range to 200u
Starship Teleport Receiver tech increased from 200 to 800u
Decreased starship launch cost from 50 to 30
Efficient Thrusters improved
Translator tech words improved
Optical Drill mining bonus increased from 50% to 100%
Advanced Mining Laser speed reduction improved from 85% to 80%
Mining Laser and Photon Cannon can be deleted
