   I recompiled this to work with Synthesis, and it appeared to work fine. But I've played for a few hours now and made several jumps and cannot figure out how to reach an Anomoly sphere. Any ideas how to get the sphere to spawn?

      How did you recompile this? I've checked many strings but can't figure out which one are for the quest beside the "discovered" tag

      I tried it out with Synthesis, and it works up to the point where you have to fix the Pulse Engine. The game fails to recognize that the engine has been fixed, and thus the main questline never starts, and that´s why you can´t find the Anomaly Sphere in the menu.
