About this mod
This mod increase the Exotic, Living, Solar ship refresh rate
PS. There are two version, one also increase Freighter refresh rate to 50%, another one not

Install Instructions:
1. navigate to %YourGameDir%\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\
2. Delete DISABLEMODS.txt, if file not exist, proceed to step 3
3. Put the file into mods folder, if folder doesn't exist, create it
4. start the game and enjoy
This mod lock refresh rate in all galaxy to 50

This mod modify the GCSOLARGENERATIONGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN
If the other mods that you use modified this file, there will have a conflict.
