Shift + Delete on the Shaders Folder is as quick as it gets.

  Of course, but some people, like me, have some other non_shader files (backups of things, shaders I need to test that I don't want to keep copying over and over. This only removes the SHADERS_* files.
  It just a quickie tool to save a few seconds.
