Is it normal that dead planets with no atmosphere and vegetation also sometimes have fields of gray/brown grass?

It's possible, but not huge likelihood.  With Worlds Pt.I, then Worlds PT.2, HG jumbled up biomes more, so that more biomes are used by each world type.  The mod doesn't touch any of the traditional DEAD biomes.  Mostly LUSH, one SWAMP, and 3 for object placement.  Are you using any other mods which make biome based changes, such as Lasagna or multi-biome?

I do use Biomes Sun Clouds Fog and LOD Tweaks, and HD clouds, but nothing that changes the same files as this mod, except FULL.EXMl which is also used by Destroyable Damaged Machinery. Can that be a culprit?

Also - extrasolar dead wreckoning and deadzone.

What I'm saying is, not necessarily same files as this one.

Again, there were no relevant file changes since last mod update.  Will only have any effect if there's been changes to the game files that the mod makes changes to.

@Babscoole Don't just ask to update without giving a good reason why it needs to be updated.

All of Exo's other mods seem to be currently working fine as of the relics update, but this one in particular just doesn't seem to be working? the pop-in is really bad compared to the screenshots.

Hey Babs. Thanks for updating the mod. I have got it working no problem. However, it doesn't work half as well as it used to. The grass pop in used to be fixed by this mod, but now it is just as bad and the LOD is awful. Am I doing something wrong?I noticed that there seems to be a bug in the new update for NMS that doesn't let me change the graphics settings. Just keeps resetting to default. Could this be the issue?

    Thanks Babs.

Possibly.  Brand new major update.  Always a bunch of bugs that need to be squashed via the avalanche of hotfixes (5.61, 5.62, etc).  The changes being made by the mod are the same, in the same places in the files.

I am currently working on the official update to the mod and can tell you, HIGHLY unlikely tollimus fixed this.  Requiring significant, time consuming, surgery to fix the Lua.

Thanks.  Was going to update a bunch of mods this weekend, but now current Experimental is making major changes to the game files again, so have to wait until it goes to Public or I'll be redoing everything twice in a matter of days.  Really threw a wrench into the works.  As soon as I can.

Sound,  boy. Yeah, the new experimental build released yesterday not only broke all of the Mods, but they completely broke VR. Only flat screen will run now. You played a good game there, babs.

I understand this takes a good chunk of time to update, but I am soooooo excited for it! NMS suffers from the update to Vulkan until they can sort out all the terrible streaming and LOD issues, and every bit helps until then!!

For any one wondering if older/un-updated mods work with World II. Unfortunately, Hello Games changed how pak files work. The game no longer takes pak/lua files anymore. NMS only supports .mbin or .exml. .mxml files. On top of that, you're MODS folder should now be located in GAMEDATA directory NOT PCBANKS. So any mod that uses pak files or lua files are officially unsupported.

Most of the LUA mods work fine through AMUMSS. Don't mislead people! This mod does not work.

Simple mods, yes.  Most of my complex ones, including this, the Lua requires a great amount of time consuming surgery to fix.  Thank you for the patience.
