Save migration tool included for ez migration.

The save migration tool is written in Chinese but just follow my steps here you'll get it auto re-signatured.

To migrate the save so that it works on your steam account, perform the following steps.
Navigate to C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\KoeiTecmo\NIOH2\Savedata\%SteamNumber%\SAVEDATA00.
copy out your SAVEDATA.BIN file in the folder. This file contains your signature. Also make a backup of these files if you wish.

Extract the rar file. Open the SaveMigrator Folder in the rar file from this mod. You'll be seeing two folders named "你的存档扔里面", and "别人存档扔里面", and a exe named "双击我改签v0.5.exe".

1. Put your SAVEDATA.BIN into "你的存档扔里面".
In the other folder named "别人存档扔里面", you'll see two folders named SAVEDATA00 and SAVEDATA01. Those are the starter saves, but you cannot use them yet because they are signatured to my steam ID. (If your computer does not recognize Chinese characters and see only random stuff, you can figure out which is which by checking which folder is empty and which folder has the SAVEDATA00 and SAVEDATA01 folders.)
2. Now just double click the exe file. Press any key after it is done and it'll close. The starter saves are re-signatured.
3. Replace the re-signatured starter save folders into your Nioh 2 save location.

The starter saves in SAVEDATA00 and SAVEDATA01 are also provided separately if you have your own methods of re-signature.
If the migrator doesn't work, maybe install a Chinese language pack in Windows so the exe can recognize the folders.
The migrator will work for other saves as well. Just put the save folder you desire into "别人存档扔里面". The process is the same.
