Removed the 1.0.0 version. Tweaked some things.

These are disabled, DOF (Depth of Field) is not.

- prod80_04_ColorTempurature [PD80_04_Temperature.fx]
- Colourfulness [Colorfulness.fx]
- Curves [Curves.fx]

DOF and these settings are disabled

- prod80_04_ColorTempurature [PD80_04_Temperature.fx]
- Colourfulness [Colorfulness.fx]
- Curves [Curves.fx]

This is the 1.0.2 version just with DOF (Depth of Field) disabled.

I'm not gonna provide varying download options in this one, I think you guys can disable whatever setting you want. You can see the specific settings to get which version of the preset in the included readme or on the description page. See new video.
